7-Day Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to return

Contact our support with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or ask you to send it back via courier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your bKash/Nagad or bank account. For COD orders, refunds are made to your provided mobile wallet.

Non-returnable items

Perishable groceries, innerwear, cosmetics that have been opened, and custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
